As I built my business, I started to notice a pattern.
It wasn’t talent or opportunity that separated those who moved forward from those who stayed stuck.
It was discipline.
The people who showed up consistently, followed through, and stayed accountable were the ones who grew. The rest eventually hit a wall.
Building Ward’s Dog Training didn’t come from shortcuts — it came from learning how to stay disciplined, make decisions under pressure, and keep moving forward even when it wasn’t easy.
Over time, I realized something:
Most people don’t need more information.
They need structure and accountability.
That’s what led to Forged by Iron Leadership.
This brand is built on the belief that growth is a process — you’re always being shaped, refined, and sharpened over time. Like iron sharpens iron, no one grows alone.
Along the way, I’ve continued to invest in my own growth through leadership development, including training through the John Maxwell Leadership Program (certification expected August 2026) and beginning the Ziglar Legacy Certification Program.
This isn’t about quick wins. It’s about building discipline and leadership that actually lasts.
